There are many ways that we can offer practical support to both to members of the church and also to our local community. If you need support in a way that is not listed below, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that we also have a variety of courses to support people including The Marriage Course and The Bereavement Journey.
Pastoral Support
If you would like someone to visit you or would like someone to get in touch with you for pastoral support, please make a request by completing our online form.
Excel Foodbank is here to help individuals and families who are facing hardship and struggling to put food on the table. Working in partnership with many other organisations we provide emergency food parcels which can be collected from the church. You must be referred to receive a food parcel and there is a limit of 3 food parcels in a 6 month period. Our team will also look to support people to help them improve their financial situation so that they get out of the cycle of poverty.

Prayer
At Excel Church we believe in the power of prayer. We know that life can throw up its challenges and we want to support anyone who requests, by praying for them.
If you wish, we can also share your prayer requests with our wider church family at our prayer meeting on a Wednesday evening, and also in Thursday morning prayer meeting. Please let us know your preference when you send in your prayer request.
If you have submitted a request and seen your prayer answered, we would love to hear from you! So please feel free to also use the form to submit an answer to prayer. This will greatly encourage our team to keep praying!
